1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and purchased components are reviewed before they enter production. Inspection activities are carried out according to product specifications and internal inspection standards, with attention to material identity, appearance, dimensions, packaging condition, and documentation where applicable.

• Resin and film-grade materials are checked for suitability for the intended product and application.
• Important additives, inks, adhesives, coatings, and laminating materials are reviewed for specification compliance.
• Metal and plastic components used for stainless steel cable ties, nylon cable ties, and wiring accessories are checked for basic dimensional and visual requirements.
• Materials requiring special performance, such as barrier, anti-static, protective, thermal, or food packaging applications, are handled according to their defined technical requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control

Production parameters and work procedures are monitored throughout manufacturing to help maintain stable output. Our process controls cover film extrusion, blown film, cast film, coating, printing, laminating, slitting, and other applicable operations. Operators and quality personnel check production conditions and identify deviations at an early stage.

• Film thickness, width, winding condition, and overall appearance are monitored during production.
• Surface quality is reviewed for issues such as wrinkles, gels, contamination, pinholes, uneven edges, and other visible defects.
• Printing, coating, laminating, and adhesive processes are checked for registration, coverage, bonding, and surface consistency where applicable.
• Performance-related requirements, such as clarity, strength, stretch, shrink behavior, barrier properties, anti-static performance, and heat-sealing suitability, are evaluated according to product specifications.
• Production line conditions and inspection findings are recorded to support traceability and process consistency.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before release, finished products are inspected against the agreed specifications, approved samples, and order requirements. The inspection scope is selected according to the product type, including agricultural film, construction film, packaging film, PE film, PET film, PVC film, BOPP film, CPP film, TPU film, car films, decorative films, protective films, shrink film, stretch film, cling film, and related film products.

• Roll dimensions, thickness, length, winding quality, and core condition are checked where applicable.
• Film appearance, transparency, color, surface cleanliness, printing quality, and edge condition are reviewed.
• Functional properties are assessed according to the intended application and agreed technical requirements.
• Cable ties and wiring accessories are checked for dimensions, appearance, fastening function, and material-related requirements.
• Inspection results are reviewed before products are approved for packing and shipment.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is checked to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. Before shipment, the production and quality teams verify the product identity, quantity, roll or carton condition, labeling, and shipping details against the customer’s order requirements.

• Film rolls and finished components are packed using methods appropriate to their size, material, and transportation conditions.
• Labels and marks are checked for product information, specifications, quantities, and customer-specific requirements where applicable.
• Outer packaging is reviewed for damage, moisture exposure, secure sealing, and safe handling.
• Pre-shipment checks confirm that the correct products and quantities are prepared for delivery.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback, inspection records, production observations, and nonconformity information are used to support corrective and preventive actions. When an issue is identified, the relevant teams review its cause, assess the affected products or processes, and define appropriate follow-up measures according to the situation.
